Nevertheless, we show solidarity with the surrounding villages and towns and we are economical with our drinking water.

Interior

The conservatory has large industrial windows with French doors on three sides. The kitchen is semi-open and connects the conservatory with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with new equipment, such as: luxury induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, kitchen boiler, drinks cooler. The cozy living room has underfloor heating and the option for a wood-burning stove. The spacious luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and sauna.

Vespella de Gaía is a lively village with various activities. It is surrounded by grape fields and orchards. Ideal for cycling and walking with the local café as a meeting point. A fifteen minute drive from the Mediterranean Sea. The picturesque seaside resorts: Altafulla, Tamarit and Salou are well-known where you can enjoy delicious food. And always fresh products!

Tarragona is 20 km away with all modern shops, museums, ancient excavations etc. Our house is only an hour’s drive from Barcelona. In addition, it borders well-known wine regions such as the Priorat, Penedés, Conca de Barberá. There are many historic villages with centuries-old churches and monasteries. A lot of attention is paid to local products: cheese, honey, serrano ham.

Personal Note

If you buy this house as an investment and/or use it as a holiday home, it is possible to rent out the house or have it rented out. The rental price is around € 1500 per week.

We know from experience how difficult, almost impossible, it is to import a car into Spain. Since we want to move to a city, we don’t need two cars. It is therefore possible to take over the Audi A4 Quatro.

 

We feel privileged to be able to live here. Together with friends and family we enjoyed the space, the swimming pool and the beautiful weather. Yet we are going to take the next step towards Barcelona.

We know that the next residents will enjoy the view and the silence as much as we do.
